EARLY-ACCESS INQUIRIES
Privacy notice
This notice covers the early-access form on this website. Please do not submit information about your clients or referred contacts through this form.
What you share
The form asks for your name, work email, agency or business, plan preference and permission for Reflane to contact you.
How your inquiry is used
Your submission is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss Reflane early access. Submissions are received and stored by Reflane on our application servers, sent to our team by email, and kept for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. When you book a walkthrough through Calendly or visit LinkedIn, those services handle information under their own privacy notices.
Your choices
To withdraw your permission for follow-up, or request access, correction or deletion of an inquiry you submitted, email hello@reflane.com.
Website services
Hosting providers may process technical request information to serve and protect the website. This page loads fonts from Google Fonts. No advertising tracker has been added. The product guide (Ask Reflane) answers questions using Reflane’s published help articles, FAQ and pricing. To write a reply, your question and the current conversation are sent to Reflane’s guide service and to our AI provider, Anthropic. Reflane does not store question text; our logs record only that a reply was generated and its size. The conversation clears when you close the guide. Please do not include client, account or other personal details in questions. If you opt in to help improve answers, only fixed topic categories, answer feedback and guide-link click counts are sent to Reflane. These aggregate daily counts contain no question text or account identifiers. Technical request information, including IP addresses, may be processed by hosting providers and temporary abuse protection. Turning off the checkbox stops future reporting; it cannot identify or remove your contribution from counts already aggregated.
This notice does not cover Reflane customer accounts, referral data, billing, or a service agreement. Ask for the applicable service privacy information during onboarding.
